  Zagers is the worst. They're awful. We went in with our water just a little bit cloudy. When the kid tested our water, the manager asked him multiple times if he tested it correctly because our numbers were "off the wall". He said yes and preceeded to charge us $130 in chemicals. Instead of re-checking the water, the manager saw the total and gathered the chemicals. After we did as we were told, our pool was coated in algae, so clouded that you couldn't see the ladder steps and 100% pond water GREEN. When we called to complain, Newton - the general manager - apologized profusely and told us to come in to get the appropriate chemicals "plus more" at no cost. We drove the 30 minutes to that location, got the $7 worth of chemicals and NO "plus more" and followed his directions. This time, our pool was even worse. It was disgusting! We called to complain and get our money back and Newton was a total jerk. He kept telling us that it was this or that and said they did absolutely nothing wrong. (Mind you, if they did nothing wrong, why apologize and offer us free product?) He finally said he needed yet ANOTHER sample (3rd one) to do a chlorine demand test. He told us we had a high demand and to drain our pool and refill it. This, not sitting well with us, sent us to Fox Pools and they said to absolutely never drain that much water out of your pool because you'll completely ruin your liner. They also said the chemicals they gave us weren't even close to fixing any issue. They completely took advantage of us and took our money. I have NEVER had such awful service and with all the other horrible reviews I have read, canNOT believe they're in business! If you need pool advice/help, go to Fox Pools!
